Create a ChaosSearch API key credential for the given account (root or subaccount) context

This endpoint requires a JWT created for the primary/tenant account using the /user/login endpoint.

200A successful creation of the API key returns the key ID and secret of the new key. NOTE: Be sure to save the secret because it is never exposed again. Lost secrets cannot be recovered and should be deleted using the /apiKey/delete endpoint.
